Daniel grew up eating, sleeping and breathing golf, and never really stopped. After starting out in retail, he was inspired by a PGA colleague coaching in-store — and the rest is history. He completed his PGA degree, held professional positions at Carden Park and Nefyn Golf Club, and later joined Fore Golf where he met Seàn. Together they founded what is now A Medida. Currently Head Golf Coach at Macdonald Portal, Daniel is the engine behind every smooth-running trip — a native Spanish speaker who personally escorts all golfers and makes sure every moment lands the way it should.

Sean Bailey

Sean came to golf via an unlikely route — youth football at Blackpool FC, then coaching qualifications in football and basketball — before PGA training changed everything. He honed his craft coaching in Italy and London, led a team of four at Fore Golf, and established a golf academy before taking up his current role as Head Golf Professional at Wirral Golf Club. In 2013 he co-founded A Medida alongside Daniel, driven by a simple idea: that improving your golf and enjoying year-round sunshine shouldn't be mutually exclusive. He's never had a bad day coaching. He doesn't intend to start.
